Imho..

IMHO I'd go with Samsung. From personal experience the Samsung has deeper colours than the Sony even though I've heard from many sources that both Sony and Samsung LCD'S are rolled by the same manufacturer.. Plus they are a bit cheaper and come with an extended warranty (in AUS anyway )
