My TV Stand. Will it live to fight another day?
Well. Currently I have a 27" Tube TV weighing in at 105 pounds or so, on my TV stand that I bought about a month and a half ago. Now, my father is buying a new TV for downstairs, which allows me to inherit the TV which is currently there. It is a 34" Sony Wega KV-34HS510. Its a CRT HDTV, 1080i and all. Its pretty nice. Problem is that it weighs 209 pounds. According to the Circuit City website, (Bought the stand at CC) The maximum load capacity is 140lbs. Im not sure if I should trust the CC site or not. I checked the Z-line website (Brand of stand) and it doesn't state the maximum load. Im in a pickle. I like the stand, and I want to keep it, but will it hold? It was about 115 dollars. Ill try to get some pictures of it if I can. Let me know what I could do. Im not really up to buying a new stand.

Are you sick of kids on Forza, racing round the wrong way?
Do you dream of a proper challange with decent guys?

lol. I have a 32 inch Sony HD CRT as my 2nd TV and that thing is heavy as shit! Takes two people to lift it and it's still a struggle. I would not put a Sony CRT on that stand.

Im going to try and cop a new stand. I need to get a black one so it matches. Do you think CC will take it back even though its assembled and missing the box?
