Router Help
right having played COD4 Beta 2 days ago, i turned everything off after and after college turned it all on again... pc, xbox..... then xbox couldnt connect to live
so i went upstairs and tried the internet..not working!
so having spent the day trying to get it to work i rebooted the pc... internet works!
but the router IP that it SHOULD be (192.168.x.xx).. its not that anymore?
when i try to access into my router with that address its not coming up? just saying page not displayed?
so i go into the CMD and type ipconfig, then i use a completely different gateway to what it was before and try to use that...with no luck
im using NTL which is connected through a Philips SNB5600
bare in mind that it all worked before
i cant even use my XBOX LIVE nomore because the wireless isnt working!
any help please

Does the router have a factory settings reset button? If it's not too much hassle for you to configure everything again (Let's face it; not that much effort) then I'd try that.

When you say you used a completely different gateway...do you mean another network?
The ip of whatever you're connected to is 86.4.96.1...aka your default gateway
