Computer Speakers to Samsung LCD
Hi,
I'm not great with electronic stuff so forgive me if this sounds totally confusing.
I just bought a Samsung LCD TV. I connect my 360 to it through a VGA - works fine. Only problem is i have to stik the white cable (for sound) into my blue audio port in the PC IN section next to my VGA cable.
I was wondering if there is equipment i can buy that will allow me to put my Creative computer speakers so that it will play my xbox 360. Problem is I use my PC on same LCD, so don't want to be having to change speaker setup. Anyway to kill 2 birds with one stone??
I hope that makes sense....

Em do the speakers have optical inputs? or the red and white?
Give us the exact model of speakers you have that would be a good start, you might be looking at having to buy an amp or something of the sort.
(o and newcastle is shit sunderland all the way :P)

Yeah you could get an 3.5mm splitter. Radioshack has them...should be around $5

I think it would let you plug the red and white wires from the 360 into the back of your sub, but i am not sure.

you need to buy the creative DTS-100 Decoder which is discontinued.. look in ebay and it will be expensive...
but trust me it's the best solution ever made for connecting multi stuff to pc speakers...
Connect ur tv, xbox, Hi-Fi, DVD player... all to ur pc speakers..
It works great...
And a guy in the forum got it and he told me he found it amazing.
or u can read more details in my audio thread.. Link in my signature
