600-800 off......wow.
i'd so get a 1000 dollar plasma and get it for at least $300......i must do this.
It would be such a nice addition to the new apartment.

Do it quick, BB will catch on eventually. Also, you should go at night and return things at a different store than the one you buy the HDTV from

what does -$100 store credit for keeping 3 HD-DVDs for free mean?
So when you went to get all this stuff you then signed up for the bb credit card?

I signed up for a BB Store Card to get the 3 years no interest. I got a BB Reward Zone Mastercard to get 4% store credit back on all BB purchases. Neither of these are necessary...
When you buy an HD-DVD player you get to pick 3 HD-DVDs for free in store. When I went to return the HD-DVD player, I left the HD-DVDs in my trunk in case they wanted it....which they didn't. So I got 3 HD-DVDs for free. I'm gonna return them for store credit(I'll get $35+$30+$25 + tax which is $97).
I didn't plan on getting them for free otherwise I would have just gotten three HD-DVDs that were $35 each

sorry for so many questions, but do you get 3 free hddvds in store for any hd dvd player....like the xbox 360 one? I think the girlfriend got me the player for christmas and I want to let her know that she can do that.
I also just got a laptop from bb and got a card but it has a limit of like 1500 so I guess they can make my limit larger to do this.

I don't know if the 3 free HD-DVDs apply the 360 add on, I assume so but am not 100% sure.
You should be able to get your limit raised easily...just tell them you want to purchase a $2500 home theater

man i'v just got to get up the courage to do this, like you said, worst case they fiqure out what your trying to do and then you just say screw it and return everything or you get a tv for 160.
I can just see it though, as soon as I take something back there gonna say that they need to "readjust" my stuff and then it won't work.
If it does work though, I can just see christmas when the girlfriend opens a 42 inch plasma and i'm like ehh, no worrys it was nothing,....hehe.

The reason it works is because they discount the HDTV, not the individual items.
Problem is, unless they actually check that you kept everything people will take advantage of something.
e.g. $100 off an HD-DVD player if you buy an HDTV...you'll have people that buy the HD-DVD player and the HDTV for the discount, and then return the HDTV and keep the discount
