(obviously) this is a rumor, but they're getting rid of HD-DVD player stock to get a new add on: BLU-RAY!!!

but if it ever happened, I would buy it...

Thanks people. It seems that HD-DVD is pretty f'ed but if they ever got rid of it, they should make an add-on that reads both! So it will be a waste of money if I invest in a new HD-DVD add-on, knowing that I won't benefit from all of its capabilities, since we don't have an HD-DVD rental service in Egypt, and I won't ever buy an HD-DVD movie. May be a used one from Ebay will do. Thanks again!
