Question monitor issue

Hello all, I could use everyone's opinion on the subject of hooking my 360 up to a pc monitor, I currently run my 360 on my 32inch philips hd tv but the missus gets "grumpy" bout not being able to watch the tv.
Is it worth my time getting another pc monitor set up in the study or not? all input welcome,
cheers

I'm not sure what you're asking. I mean...people game on LCD Monitors everyday with their computer and 360. It should look pretty decent, but it won't look as good as an HDTV

I want to do the same thing, though i dont actually have a pc, I have a laptop, so it might be a bit of a waste of money buying that considering for around £100 more i can get a TV.
On the other hand the laptop can also plug into the monitor so in that situation i could always get a tv card in my laptop though that has it limitations....

In short i think LCD monitors are better than getting a LCD tv but maybe going all out to get a HDTV is better if you will get more use out of it...
