Surround Sound Sugestions????

Hey guys im in the process of buying a new set up for my room and should be buying a 32 inch samsung lcd in the next couple of days. Next item on the agenda is some sound. I had a bit of a look and im liking the look of the logitech z-5500 i found em for about 400 delivered in aus and im pretty happy with them but just got a few questions coz im noob.
1. Do you reckon they would sound sweet with the 360?? (im not an audiophile)
2. Are they completely compatible? (also come with everything needed)
3. Is it easy to install by myself?
