Adding pics to my video files

I currently have an external USB HDD that I have my movies stored. I have the corresponding pictures for each movie that shows on the xbox video menu screen when the external HDD is plugged directly to the xbox. But when I plug the external to my pc and stream the videos to the xbox using wmp 11. I can see and play the videos but it doesn't show the proper pictures on the menu sceen for each video file. It shows what ever default/random pic that is displayed as if you were seeing the video file as a thumbnail. Does anyone know how I can change it so that the video menu on the xbox sees each of my video files with the picture of my choosing? Any help will be appreciated.
