As excited as I was, I didn't think the part of the game they picked out for E3 was good. It didn't really show anything new about GoW2 since the first GoW. Still looked cool though. And as you might call it the best in the show, I still personally think that Resident Evil 5 was the best part of E3.

LOL...The second I seen that video I thought everyone had to see it. Those graphics are amazing and paired with gears amazing gameplay! We got a solid game of the year nomination on our hands here.

I have to agree on this one. It basically looks like the same game with new weapons and better graphics. Hell, if you listen to what Marcus says when he kills the locust its the same line from GoW 1.

Well there's more diverse enemies now, more enemies you fight at once, more intense, and you fight bigger foes more often. It looks pretty damn cool if you ask me.

I don't know about all that. It looked like a good game, but to me Best in Show needs something special. As a sequel goes they've only added a couple things. If it were it's own original IP and not a sequel it could be different, but 99% of what we saw is the same as Gears with shinier graphics. Nothing amazing or revolutionary. I don't think the fact that they made a Gears of War 2 is enough to get Best in Show.

Hell yea, Gears 2 looked sick. I can't wait to play the Horde mode, but I did want to see 4 player co op.
Oh well, looks sick. I'm currently getting back into Gears of War 1
