I agree too. Also, how the heck will they know if you bought the DLC?! My guess is they don't so they'll probably just release it for free.. I mean is there a way to detect if you bought all the DLC and make the theme free or?

They will have some kind of system in place to tell who has got it and who hasn't.

I seriously doubt they'll have something like that. I hope it's free w/o buying the DLC. Also, I think they should repay people who bought the DLC with a 'Weapons & Armor' Pack. That has alot of uber weapons + armor to use. That'd be more awesome.

Erm... they know what you've downloaded and played. This'll require live of course, but if you didn't have live you couldn't get the theme anyway.
So, you expected a theme or something better in return for you buying the dlc? I bought it because I wanted it, not for a free gift at the end...

I'd rather have power armor for my avatar...or a vault jumpsuit...or a bobblehead that he could hold. Dammit, where's the Fallout 3 avatar accessories?
