Bug on fallout 3, Stuck...

I cant get into galaxy new radio, i use the buzzer but the guy says its open, but the door is locked with no option to lockpick it.

weird.

what should i do, im bored of sidequests and wanna do the rest of the main story.

I think this is a known bug. You can check Wiki. Trying to remember if this was covered in this forum, check earlier threads.
Check your quest journal, there is someone you are supposed to talk to,or some action you need to complete. I think you need to speak w/dr lee at rivet city

There also seemed to be a bug involved with leaving GNR via the back door with out talking to 3 dog and getting locked out.

This may be one of those issues that can only be resolved by restarting a previous save and going from there.
