Is it just me, or does it seem impossible to kill someone with the new VATS system where you can freeze time and instantly kill the dude ? That pretty much seems to be the only problem.

It looks awesome. My only flaw would have to be that I didn't like the first person gun models or jerky arm animations
But the third person for this game looked good so I'll probably use that
Also do you HAVE to listen to a tune while in the world? And it seemed like there were enemies every five steps, is the world going to be "alive" and "interactive", and even moreso than Oblivion?

I second this 110%. I logged around 150+ hours on oblivion, if fallout 3 resembles oblivion in any way shape or form I'm sure to log another 150+ hours playing a bethesda game. FPS and TPS have grown old and tiresome for me.

BTW, Gears of War 2 still has my vote for GOTY but this is a huge contender, we'll see soon enough though.
