I think this is going to be my first RPG I'm going to buy, simply because you can use first person.

Yeah and I was tempted to buy that but I didn't like "quests" and magic and the wierd names of places.

Well that shows that you should really look into games before you judge them. After reading all the information I've found on this game, viewing the trailers and demos, I'm pretty sure that most aspects of this game are just "Oblivion with guns".
Sure, they'll change names to modernise it. But I'd put money on there being a Fallout equivalent of the main storyline (from Oblivion), Dark Brotherhood and perhaps even the arena.

I don't think they're going to bring Oblivion content into Fallout 3.
