I cant get the one in arfu, the guy house is locked, and i don't have enough lock picking. Is there other requirements that i need to know about, to get all 30.

Just know that the one is Raven Rock can be missed and you can never get it if you miss it.

When you get caputured, the bobblehead is on that same floor near the mess hall. Once you take the elevator up you will never be able to get the bobble head.

Also the medicine bobblehead can only be got twice...in the vault when taking the goat and escaping and a quest once you go back later. After that, no more bobblehead.

I missed it as well. I was so pissed off because thats the only one I need to have them all. I know it does not matter but damnit I spent a long time getting these damn bobble heads.
