I just hope they let us level up more than level 20 as well.

how does this work with being half way through the game, or even if you completed it?
Still dont get it. There's no way id play the whole game again for some snow and a few more quests.

This is just a guess, but I think you will be introduced to these quests by the radio. Your pip-boy will pick up the signal and then you'll have that quest available. Seems like a nice way to implement it to me. In Oblivion, a message simply popped up.

When you dl the new quest,there will be a new location icon on your map in your pipboy.

maybe it will be like oblivion shivering isles and you just teleport there. The one thing that has me confused is that in the story the Alaska liberation happens 200 years before the current story takes place (time machine?)
