Not even sure about that...I don't think there is....I haven't heard anything about ranks...I think it's more like a Quake or Unreal shooter where you just run around and pick up any weapons you find.

No, its not how it workds. You gain experience by collection diamonds which you use to upgrade weapons. That's as far as I know, CMD should know more, but its not going to be like weapon pick ups unless you make it like that in the editor.
