Be A Pro: Number Mistake

So I made a dude for be a pro and originally I set my number to 9,
After I started my first match I realised that El Nino was taken so changed it to 7
I'm now on the first team and my number is still 9, meaning Torres is now 3 =/
Anyone know how to change it
I have changed my dudes number to 7 in the virtual pro panel but no luck

It's annoying cause I want El Nino to be 9 and I want 7 =[

(my guy is number 7 when playing online an stuff, just not be a pro)

This same issue is in NHL10. The only way I have found in NHL10 to fix this is to start all over. It appearently takes your created players settings and holds on to them until you delete the save file. Hope that helps...if anyone has a better resolution I would like to know about it as well.

I changed the name on the back of my shirt and that changed in Be A Pro, just won't change the number.
