5v5 instead of ranked matches?

do you guys find yourself playing the 5v5 matches online more than playing a ranked regular match? i used to only play ranked matches until the 5v5 patch came out

yeah, my wife is being a bitch about it too, but fuk it....its too damn fun. i NEVER play with the headset & she is talking a ton of shit about that, but i dont care....

My wife really gets into giving me shit about wearing the headset and I have to admit that I feel rather stupid wearing it but I think it really adds a lot to 5v5 when you can call for a pass or congratulate a defender for stopping a play.

yeah, i feel like a jackass too when she gets home & i answer the door with a controller in my hand & the headset on....haha

but like i said before, just being able to talk shit & the banter that goes on is great. like when someone misses a sitter, you just have to give them shit for it. plus these arent ranked games, so its all for fun. i couldnt play any ranked game with a headset on, i dont like to talk to the person im playing against, i lose focus on the match

I agree with you on the ranked matches. I never wear a headset for those - kinda pointless anyway.

Ranked matches on 5v5 could be tough to pull off but I think it would be cool.

What would also be cool is to have leagues for 5v5... I love playing 5v5 but it's frustrating to get on a team with a bunch of idiots. It would be nice to have 5 guys to play with all the time but currently this is difficult b/c (from what I can tell) you have little control over what people end up on your team unless you can coordinate getting 5 guys on a team and locked in before other people show up to your game.
