2 vs 2?

If your question is you vs your friend you can go to xbox live/custom match/lobbies

There you can tell your friend to meet you at certain lobby and then invite him to a match.
You can also create your UNRANKED match, set at private and invite your friend.

If you actually do mean mulitple people on team, Xbox live: Be a Pro allows 5v5 online, and you could set up a private match 2v2 if you so wished.
