How can i make my team stong like 5 stars on Xbox live.

I am a new person in this site and in fifa 09 . I have been playing rank matches but my opps only use good team like man utd and they have like all the good players. Rooney , ronaldo, ronaldinho, buffon , casilas, kaka, puyol ect.... they had like al the good players. how can i make my like their's. I want to take all the good players and put them in my team and use them in rank match.

Nope, It's a full blown glitch now. I was against a 2 star fenerbache team a custom all star team. He tried to keep the ball for the first 5 minutes so i couldn't quit. He didn't know i was 2500th in the world and had played over 650 games online. So, what i done was waited untill about 4 minutes 30 seconds, he must have jizzed his pants thinking his all star team was about to play an average porto team. I then went in for the kill and went back to the dashboard to his misery. I sent him a message calling him a
