Just played the demo and the graphics are definately not up to par with GT5 Prologue. The grass and dirt look weird. The game itself plays good but the graphics could be a little better.
The damage is almost non existant too. I tried to create damage by driving in to the wall at about 70mph and nothing happened.
The cockpit view is lacking as well. Your driver does not show the shifting and his hands never leave the wheel. The interior of the car seems to be lacking detail as well. I guess I was expecting Forza 3 to be very close to Gran Turismo 5 but I can see that visually it is not. Hopefully the physics and auction stuff makes up for it.

You probably didn't have simulation damage on.
I didn't really look but you probably didn't see any shifting because the cars are using flaps on the steering wheel.

You fanboys are so stupid lol. The video I am uploading shows it all. I could care less what system this game is on. The fact is that the damage is not even there physically. You can see the options are set to cosmetic so you should see all damage to the vehicle. You fanboys can say all you want. The video does not lie......

lol i beat the shit out of the car and not a single piece of the body was dented or broken. Nothing but scratched paint. I even hit the wall so hard the car lifted. That would have created some serious damage.

Ummmmmm you can clearly see my setting was set correctly.
But you are right. The video makes the game look like shit. This is why I recorded everything without stopping the video so you can see the settings were all set correctly. The damage system is horrible.
Also, look at the very first hit on the wall. How did my hood get scratched up so high around the headlights and hood? I only hit the wall with the front of my bumper lol. Did a ghost car drive over my hood?
