Repeat offenders get the banhammer -- not just from Forza 2, but from Xbox Live altogether.
We will be putting up a page on FM.net for the community to systematically report abuse they see in the Auction House or during multiplayer games as soon as we can. Until that time, please report all abuses to forzafb@microsoft.com and help us keep the Forza community a fun and hate-free place for all.
A big hearty thanks from everyone here at Turn 10 to all our fans and customers who have made Forza 2 the game it is today!
