I would say Get both!
forza is a really good game! and it fun!
Dirts not coming out for a while..So you have plenty of time to get money for it..

This is so hard. They are both amazing games... I can't chose one. Just buy Forza now and get DiRT later. It's entirely worth it.

get forza now and dirt later, youve still got about a month to wait for the latter to come out and there both going to be amazing

Yeah, that makes sense, but I really wouldn't compare the Forza demo to the full game. The demo in my opinion gave bad impressions. The full game is so much better!
