Forza 2 VS. PGR4 VS. Sega Rally - Page 2

People's opinions of sims differ, though.
I remember one clown who came on the forums and complained that hitting the walls in Forza was too unrealistic, therefore the game was crap. I've hit many walls in Forza and didn't find them too unrealistic at all.
Also, don't forget the people who bitched that they couldn't take hairpins at 90mph under full break lockup. They said the steering was shit, therefore it was unrealistic.

I would say to the OP to hire each of those games and get the one that appeals to you the most. Don't rule out Colin McRae DiRT, either. The release couldn't have been at a worse time (same time as Forza), but it's a very solid racing game with heaps of options and awesome graphics.

Rofl yeh it was really unrealistic! my driver didnt smash out of the window & impale himself on the barrier!

Some people are just too fussy! its a game after all!

Sega Rally on consoles has always been shit.

PGR4 may be worth a look, but I can defiantly recommend Dirt!

PGR4 is really good, just like PGR3 though. bikes & weather, a couple more maps. its a really good looking game, the best looking racing game IMO.

forza is a true sim, if you have the wheel, then this is the game to get. it feels like youre driving a car.

i love racing games, so i get both. PGR is fun as hell online because it doesnt matter if someone crashes into you at 200 mph, your car will still drive fine.

forza can be great online, but it also sucks if you get stuck playing with a bunch of idiots who cant drive.

single player is forza, online is PGR4 for me

i think i will go with forza2. i will play the sega rally demo though and see how that is. i liked the dirt demo, but i think it sucks that you cant race online.
