You search for the type of car you want, then once you find it, hit A on it, then you should be able to bid or buyout if able to.

No, you can only look on the website at the cars avaliable...

it's strange how the website shows a smaller picture, that you cannot rotate, but gives full detail of the upgrades... in the auction house, you get a bigger picture of the car, that you can rotate, but no specifics on upgrades
