How people say this game gets boring amazes me, there is so many tuning options, building a car purely for speed, building one for handling - its endless.

level 50, completed it mate, spent many late nights upo until 2am with work at 6am playing the endurance races, I got in a trance and just fixed my conecentration, its worth it for the achievments in the end.
1 major let down to this game, no variety in the tracks for the championships, whats the point in racing the same tracks every championships, it gets very tedious, online is great though.
P.S check some of mt threads, if you want a custom design doing just PM me

I think i'm now level 17 after winning all of the races i've entered so far, have about 20 cars in my garage (a few decent, a few complete bollocks), and about 120,000 credits which I'm saving to buy another beast in the online auctions (which is another awesome feature of the game).
What levels are you guys, and does the games appeal last the whole way through?
If anyone has any spare beasts they no longe need/want, I'd be very grateful of a gift, and if any of you are good at customising cars and fancy doing up a car for me then give me a shout.

As for the American muscle cars driving like crap, watch what you say bud, I'd like to see you race some of mine Just messing with you, I'm glad you enjoy the game. I'm still playing it and I've had it for about 3 or so weeks now. I wasn't able to play it all last week though, but I believe I'm sitting at level 30 right now.
As for some cars being crap, remember that with the proper modifications and tuning any car can be competitive with any other car for the most part. Just last night I raced my '73 Trans-Am against a Lotus Elise and a Ferrari 360 among others and I came in 2nd place.
If you ever want someone friendly to race or just want some cool car designs done up then add me on XBL, happy racing.

I'm just about to move up to level 30.
I started off playing the game with all the driving aids on but I've gradually turned them off as I got more and more used to the game.
At the minute I still use traction control and Automatic transmission - though with that I still earn a 40% bonus on my winnings for each race.
If I was told last year (while in the final stages of GT4 perfect completion) that Forza was a better racing game I'd have genuinely laughed in your face, but I have to admit that the experience of Forza2 far out-weighs 'Turismo.
