This game is awesome!!!

I've never really been a fan of racing games, I enjoyed PGR3 for a while but got bored pretty quickly, so I was expecting the same when I bought this game.

I bought it a few weeks back and didn't get round to playing it until this weekend, and now i'm wishing i'd started much sooner.

To start, the game looks beautiful and for the most part feels amazing (unless you're driving an American muscle car).

I like that you're straight into the action, without all the shitty (and sometimes impossible) licenses you have to get in the vastly overrated GT series.

I started with a Golf and quickly levelled up, especially when I spent some cash on it, the thing is now a fucking beast!!!

I think i'm now level 17 after winning all of the races i've entered so far, have about 20 cars in my garage (a few decent, a few complete bollocks), and about 120,000 credits which I'm saving to buy another beast in the online auctions (which is another awesome feature of the game).

I personally think this is the best racing game ever.

What levels are you guys, and does the games appeal last the whole way through?

If anyone has any spare beasts they no longe need/want, I'd be very grateful of a gift, and if any of you are good at customising cars and fancy doing up a car for me then give me a shout.

Its a great game & although i havent played it in a long time i wont be selling it, as i keep coming back to it. There is just so much you can do. So far there is no other racer out that can offer the amount of detail that forza 2 has.

Yeah I know its been out a while, but I didn't wanna waste £40 on a game I was pretty sure I wouldn't like - got it in the 2 for £20 selection at Gamestation and what a bargain that was, I reckon i'll get plenty of hours out of it, unlike more recent full price purchases (R6V2, Lost, The Simpsons, DMC4) which were all extremely short.

Glad you enjoy the game, online is where its at though

I'm level 50 and still have not finished the single player mode yet almost there though.
If you need any help adjusting the tunes for your cars or you want to race online then add me as a friend on XBL. Tonus Stonus and stereomike play online with it aswell

Redeye - you would be surprised at how bad people actually are, even though they have better, faster cars they cannot get them round a corner.
I would give online a go asap if i were you, you dont know what your missing

I just bought this recently as well. I was fun to begin with but i got real board with it. I prefer PGR 4.

I remember when I had this game a while back. Really fun to begin with, but started getting bored of it farther into the game. I think it was because the races started getting too long.

This game is wicked good.I havent tried much of the online yet as im still fairly low leveled.I bought this game to get me back into racing so when GRID comes out next week i'll be back into racing game mode and not so much into FPS
