Frontlines FFW New Map Pack

Frontlines just released a new map pack {800 ms points} well worth the download...The new maps are....

Wide Awake,,,Hindsight,,,Infiltration,,,,Sunder....

Downloading now...Will give you an update later today...

This thread is 5 days old and mine is the first response. That should give Kaos/THQ an idea of how popular an 800ms map pack is.

They must be insane. The game was supposed to be multiplayer based yet it shipped with what, 6 maps? There has since been a free map added and now they have the cheek to ask money for more maps.
Not a small amount on money either, given that the game has pretty much flopped especially in the wake of Battlefield, 800ms is around 50% of the value of the full game!

I'm not saying these maps aren't great but they should have been free or cheaper. There comes a point where you just have to quit while you're ahead..

I hate the whole fact of BUYING microsoft points for add-ons.. as if buying a subsciption to gold isnt enough...which pays for what exactly.. dedicated servers>? cause if i remember rightly GOW server was hosted by the creator.. and that didn't exactly have a ton of maps with that for online play which was also smaller. I'll have a look 2moro proboblies at this game online since i haven't played it yet online.

I played this again for the first time in months. Was so frustrating. I had read threads with people complaining about "noobtubers" but this was ridiculous. I don't think I got killed a single time from someone with a gun. Every death was from a grenade launcher.

Run > Aim in the vague direction of enemy > flawless kill in an instant. Complete waste of time trying to kill anyone with a gun unless very long range.
