Call of Duty 4 HELP

I found a site today claiming that there are button cheats for Modern Warfare that allows you to custom the weapons you use OFFLINE in Campaign Mode (guessing regular gameplay). Now, I have finished the whole "Collect Intel" deal and unlocked all cheats and I'm very sceptical that these actually work but its worth a try.

Here they are:

Full Health
Anytime while playing the game, hold down the right and left bumpers and press X, B, Y, A, A. If entered correctly another menu will appear on- screen. Insert another code - Y, X, X, Y, A, B - and your health should be replenished.

Full Ammo
Hold the right and left bumbers while pressing X, B, Y, A, A. If entered correctly another menu will appear on-screen. Insert another code - B, B, Y, X, A, Y - and your ammo should be replenished.

Full Gernades
During game play press LT, RT(2), X, B, Y, A, RB, LB.

All Golden Guns
While playing press B, B, X, LB(2), X, X, A.

Full Ammo

Would Be pretty cool to be able to do this kind of stuff offline but I dont think its possible.

Not sure about this. Though I only play online so I haven't tested this out. Anyone got anything on this?
