Ok listen carefully, there should be a man(not the grey fox) but someone else who is holdign a torch behind a house that is near the waterfront wall( i think left little gateway). the gardens are where those houses are in the waterfront thats all it is

cheers, ur right, i wasnt lookin to know how to get it, i was indeed lookin for the guy. i have already spoken to the beggar n stuff, but i couldnt find the gardens after tht! tht was my question! so most of your post were fairly useless! round of applause for SHADOWEDSOLDIER for not being a mong!!!!

MONGS !!! Rodney you do know that if you select a quest as your main quest it will appear as a red point on your map, Had you done that you would not have to come onto a forum asking what was a pretty simple question. People here were only trying to help you out...and there was a couple of post's prior to shadowsoldier who told you where to go. If your stuck on such an easy thing as that in oblivion it wont be long before your asking for help again so you should not go around calling people mongs.
