go into some caves. theres usually ghosts around. or buy the house in anvil for 5000. theres loads of ghosts in there

well i dun have 5k new char remember and im lazy to look for caves if ne one has an easier one tell me or i guess ill go run around looking for caves.

I know there is a ship in Anvil harbour with ghosts in it. There is also some if you do the Forlorn Watchman quest which starts in... Bravil maybe? Also try the undercroft of any chapel.
