How to catch souls?

Hey everyone,
I have a question about Oblivion, I got this awesome sword but not it donest have the enchanting anymore, how do I catch souls to charge it?

are you in the mages guild because you can goto the guilds and get your weapons chraged by talking to guild members it comes up when you talk to them it is a lightning symbol but that cost money, I dont think soul gems charge your weapon it they make the weapon hold a bigger charge ( i could be wrong im not 100% sure on that ) to collect souls you need an empty soul gem and a capture soul spell that is equal to the soul gem ie grand soul gem= capture grand soul spell .to get the weapon charge by the guild you will have to pay and it can run into thousands of gold pieces

You dont have to eb in the mages guild just go to one of the mage halls in any city and ask for a recharge, i warn you though it cost a lot of money, or go to the mistic emporium in the imperial market district and buy some sould gems to recharge it

o and to trap them you need a soul trap spell, i use the umbra which is enchanted to sould trap everythign i kill
