im sorry another oblivion question
hey guys and girls im stuck and i dont know if it's a glitch... i got upto the part in the main quest where you take martin septim to imperial city to meet at the elder council but i took a break and did the thieves guilds now i have gone back to the main quest to finish it i cant find martin septim anywhere..it keeps directing me back to the elder chambers ( the room with the large round table) and i speak to the guy but he just tell's me that he hears martin is in the city and for me to bring him !!! but i cant find martin anywhere can any one help tell me where to locate him ?

i think that happend with me and he was down in the village at the bottom of the hill up to kvatch, i think

well the reason it happened to me is because i saved kvatch before i had even started the main mission so when i came round to it martin was nowhere to be found it just kept pointing me to the guy i fought with in a castle chambers, then i thought fuck this and pissed of and he was at the bottom of the hill lol
