Actually you can't pickpocket her to take it. You have to break into her house and go into her cheast. Her anme is Methedrel.

soz bout the pickpocket thing, no wonder i got it wrong. Anyway while your in there you can get the house key somewhere so u dont have to keep picking it if u need to get in.

alright cool.. i dont know if there is something im doing wrong or what but im never able to pick in the doors i need to get in.. it always breaks on the third pick..

are you doing it yourself or using auto-pick?

doing it myself.. wouldnt know how to use auto-pick.. anyway i didnt get the book to the guy in time but i have a second chance, i have to find a sword and take it to him first, its in the imperial city somewhere but anyone know the exact place so i dont have to look around. Thanks again.

NO NO NO NO NO!!!

You need to get the Skeleton Key, that gives you unlimited lockpits. Type in Oblivion Skeleton Key on google, and find a website that tells you how to get it. Once you get that, you will never have to buy another lockpick again, TRUST ME, I did it, you will never have to buy another lockpit again....
