you talkin about the ship level right?

after you kill the captin, you just go to the surface, climbing up the ladder, then take a left a go up the stairs, then take a right to go into the heli-pad landing. this is whe ur done. check your objectives to make sure you have everything completed....

Unless you missed a member of the crew, you should be able to follow everyone elses advice and finish the level. Check your objectives in your Opsat and see if they are all completed. If they are.. then, good luck buddy

make sure you have killed enough people to satisfy the Thug that is giving you the orders to do so, or the level will not end
