Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires

Hey, I have only got 980 points from DW5 and the last one is to get all 250 characters. I have no idea who the last guy I don't have is and I don't know where to find or get him. Is there anyway to do this and if there isn't then could you guys give me some tips to help me find the last general.

O ye I know he isn't a main character like Lu Bu or Zhang Fei etc, just a normal general.
