Oblivion - Mess up?
Yo, I'm trying to do the "A Brotherhood Betrayed" quest and right now I am waiting for Carius to return to Olav's Tap and Tack.

It says he will meet you there in an hour, I have been there for over a week waiting an hour at a time and he still hasn't shown up...

Anyone know whats gone wrong here?

that happened to me but i never did anything about it i just was like screw this. i waited a week too. does the arrow on the compass tell you to go to that spot but theres nothing there? that happened to me
