Gotham TV Problem

I Got the PGR3 and I am also subscribed for Xbox Live Gold
When i tried to play in Playtime mode or Gotham TV mode the game gives me an error msg like such

"One of the current Gamer Profiles is not allowed to play the selected game mode"
Press A To Continue

I need the help badly

Are you under 18? Like, do you have parental controls on? I hav parental on mine, but i turned it all off on the dashboard because its well.....bloody annoying! which means i have never came across this problem but it might work, i dont no....and if u are over 18, make sure you are signed into the correct profile (the profile with the live acocunt), if u have more than one profile on ur machine that is.....
