i cant blow up the cannon thing, my team is telling me to find another way to open the door, there is a huge cannon fireing blue bullets next to me, how do i get past this it is to hard?????? thanks

You can climb out of the trenches. There is a hole that drops down somewhat close to the cannon. You'll know when you're close when Strogg start to appear out of it.

Yes, climb up those stacks of ammo crates and look around above the doorway for a hole into the complex.
