Don't do cheats and most of the achievments are pretty self explanatory. Read what you need to do to get them and go do it.
Why do you want to cheat anyway? Doesn't that just lose the point of buying the game?

I think its ok to cheat if you have already completed the game! but to start out with cheats, thats just sad!
