Aiming is hard.

Hey all, I realy like first- and third-person shooters, but find it difficult to aim smoothly and precise with the analog controller (I'm much better with a mouse/trackball). Can anyone give some pointers? And no, I don't want a mouse-keyboard set-up for my Xbox360.

Keep playing little shooter games, not online and just keep trying smoothness comes with practice, i play PC games all the time, and im pritty much a crackshot playing Soldierfront with a sniper.. But i know it's a hella easier to aim with mouse.. So getting use to a 360 controller will be alot more difficult, but give it a month or 2 and i'll be back to my old ways , play some offline shooters, then when you go online you won't suck as much :P Joke.

Yah its just getting accustomed to the controller. I was like that the first couple weeks. Then got better and not as difficult.
