Review your recorded gameplay?

I've read that there are such things as pro gamers (they get paid to play and win tournaments).

I also read an interveiw with one of these pro gamers. He said he records his online play, then watches it to see what he can do better next time.

Do any of you guys record and review your gameplay? Sounds a little crazy to me. is it?

I record it sometimes but i don't review it to see where i'm going wrong.

I really dont want to watch my self suck.. so no. You got way to much time on your hands if you watch your self play videogames.
