Oblivion, lock picks
Anyone know a merchant who sells lock picks? I cant seem to find any

i don't Know of any one but i found like 20 in less then an hour of game play just look around in bandit caves and stuff.

I found one. Try looking around outside the castle walls near the stable. He's hard to miss but just walk around the walls and you'll eventually find him. He was selling them for 6 coins each. Hope this helps

If you do the mission to join the thieves guild the guy who gives the quest sells them for 5 a piece. I bought 100 of them
