Oha nd I always save before I try a tricky lock rather than waste loads of picks

If you listen closely your hear a chime sound as you push up the locks, when it chimes press A really fast. What I do is I'll put the pick under the lock, turn my head and press up, time i here that chime I press A, and I've only broke a few lock picks. I can't seem to look at it, hear the chime, and press A.

auto attempt just matches your skill to the difficulty of the lock. So if your trying to pick a hard lock with low skill, you won't do it with auto-attempt. I have 21 security skill but I can pick anything. You just have to keep pressing up and look at the patterns. The pins always have a pattern they go in

just push A when you hit the delay pin... after a fast falling pin theres like 98% chance it will be a delay one so you know to push A i find it really easy.

i think findin the lock picks is harder than pickin the locks...... anyone know a gd place to get them?

fast travel to bruma, go to ongars house, he sells em like 6 gold a piece, he's the guy who buys your stolen goods from the thieves guild.

There's also a guy by the main town (the one where the arena is. I forgot the name) if you warp to the stables and head right and follow the castle wall you will see a guy right against it. Shady Sam or something, sells them for 6 a piece, but only has 30 at a time.

picking locks is a breeze now. very hard locks are no problem.
