Picking locks?
Can someone plaese tell me how to pick locks in Obivion?I want to steal some stuff and I cant understand the directions.
please explain in detail!

I think its just luck really.
You go to each part of the lock pushing one up, when its pushed up quickly press A and it should lock into position. Time it right or it will break your picklock.

the lock springs usually have 2 speeds. one time when you push it up it will delay at the top and the next time as soon as you push it up it will come down fast. so i usually figure out the pattern and wait til its the delay to press A. ive picked like 3 "very hard" locks already and my security skill is only at 21

Yep just push the pin up and when it gets to the tip press A, not very hard....

yep find the pattern. I just picked 2 very hard locks. Its not easy but its all about finding the pattern. which lock like 1st or 5th doesnt matter just the spring pattern.

Lol my brothers a wood elf with like 100 luck and hes only level 5 its really kewl we just auto attemt evry time appart from above average locks

Pinking locks is a hard thing to do. But it doesn't matter very much anymore to me becuase I dont steal stuff anymore. I keep going to jail. Then I have 20 soldiers on my ass if I dont pay gold or if I dont just serve my time.

Picking locks is kinda hard at first, but once u get your security to 50ish (like i have) its a lot easier, everything is like an easy lock.
