Nothing, I got kicked out of the Mage's Guild because I stole something. And now the perosn in the Arcane University wants me to get those items for him so I can join again.

the best way i can think of to join the guild again is load it from the nearest sve you have before you got kiked out

I bought the Prima guide Friday so I shall look in there to see if it states where they are.
if so I shall post here tonight (get home at 8:30pm so anytime after that really).

Scrap that.
Just searched the good old weba nd found this on another forum:
Dragon's tongue can be found in heaps by Fort Redwater (i think thats what its called?) which is near the black marsh area
Redwort is south-east of Fieldhouse Cave, in Leyaiin... also near blackmarsh
