Stolen Painting.

Ok, so im in Chorral, and i was talking to the countess, and she asked me if i wanted to help her find who stole her missing painting. In the quest youre supposed to ask all the witnesses and suspects, and then look for evidence. Well i already talked to everyone, and i found a hidden painting, stating that someone is a painter, then i found paintbrushes and paint on this lady, who is one of the suspects. But now when i try and accuse her, it says i dont have enough evidence. Any ideas on what to do next peoples?

you need to get that woman disposition up to around 70 then she will admit to it

There is one last piece of evidence:

Go to the dining hall and there should be some paint splotches on the carpet around the table. Once you activate it, she will admit to it.

It took me a while to figure this one out too. It wasn't exactly obvious.
