Help with stealing/breaking the law
Ok everytime i do anything eventually i'm detected, even if i pick pocket a bit later i get arrested. If i just run away will i get away or how do i get away before the guards come, seems they're always there no matter what.

I suck at it too. I haven't gotten one pickpocket to work yet. But I basically just break into houses and sneak around for a while stealing things. Sneak around places where people are and your sneak skill will improve. Not sure about the pickpocket though.

do it at night and stay in the sneak position and move slow (barely tilt the anolog stick ) and you should be fine , i stole alot on that game and in my house i have a chest mainly for all my stolen items . that way i wont get busted carrying them around .

if you want to improve your sneak skills you follow a guard during his nite shifts (thats wat the oblivion guide says) and that should increase your sneak skill....
I suck at it to tho... but sneak isn't one of my attributes so it doesn't matter.... i have a invisilibity spell so i can go invilible for like 30 seconds... that helps out a lot... (but if steal, or use my weapon, the spell goes away, its perfect for stealin from houses tho..)

invisibilty is so usful! summon daedroth go invisible watch the fire works! anyway back onto the subject, yeah sneaking is hard, but its worth it, i made about 200 in under 20 mins when i started cos i just went round bruma breaking in and nicking stuff with my wood elf character

Just build up your sneak skill and you should be fine. I can pickpocket anyone now without getting caught
