if you have a lockpick, just save it, then load it, use the picks, load again and keep doing it until you get through

Hell yea killaklown. Thats what i did for the last mission of the thieves guild. Started with like 30 lockpicks in the begining, ended with 1.

problem solved
yeah i was stuck INSIDE the shop.. why it was still considered locked was beyond me.
i had no lockpicks but ended up killing the people in the place out of sheer frustration and thankfully enough, a guard came to arrest me 
I guess it was a bit of a glitch- |
